‘Speed of Light Racing’ (ABN: 68 300 291 306 ) is an Authorised Representative of Thoroughbred Trainers Service Centre Ltd (TTSC) and holds the Authorised Representative Number 424 765 of TTSC AFSL 288 213.

The Federal Government has enacted laws which appropriately empower the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) to ensure consumers/prospective purchasers receive full disclosure from sellers when considering the purchase of shares in racehorses to enable them to make informed investment decisions. Speed of Light Racing will abide by all regulatory requirements to make our syndications more transparent and we will deliver high quality syndicating options to our clients in the context of best practice and code of conduct within the racing industry and ASIC regulatory requirements.

Every year Speed of Light Racing will attend the major yearling auctions around the country and purchase quality yearlings for the purposes of syndication.  Our Trainers and VET’s will check the horses prior to any purchase.  Most syndications will be generally made up of 10 x 10% or 20% shares, although there is no limit to what percentage an individual can own.

‘Speed of Light Racing’ train their horses at their ‘Victorian Training Centre’ in Seymour (This training centre can train and spell 56 horses at a given time).  The complex is situated next door to Seymour Racecourse. Speed of Light Racing believes that Individual attention to our team of horses is our philosophy. We prefer to keep the number of horses at our stables to around 50, allowing us to ensure the best attention is given to each individual horse.  Speed of Light Racing welcomes new syndicate owners and encourages them to enjoy the full atmosphere of racing thoroughbreds, including stable and track work visits.  At Speed of Light Racing we welcome new owners to join our syndicates and discover the excitement of thoroughbred racing. We have an exceptional team of dedicated staff to ensure that each individual horse is given the care and attention to be at their best. We are proud of our hard working team who has a genuine love of their job and working with horses.
